MoviquAI lets an agency or business create client brands and turn a brand's product or creative image into a branded, vertical AI-generated video, using branding assets and motion prompts you provide. MoviquAI is currently operating as a limited pilot, and some functionality — including online token purchasing — is not yet generally available.
You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You may only upload or use product images, logos, branding assets, and motion prompts that you own or have explicit permission to use. By uploading an asset, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that your use does not violate any third-party rights.
You remain responsible for the material you upload and for how you use the videos generated from it, including how and where you publish or distribute them.
You may not use MoviquAI to upload, store, or generate content that is:
Violations may result in removal of content and suspension or termination of your account.
You retain all rights to the brand assets, product images, branding, prompts, and generated videos associated with your account. MoviquAI does not claim ownership of your brands, your uploads, or the videos generated from them.
You grant MoviquAI only the limited, non-exclusive licence needed to store, process, and transmit your assets for the purpose of providing and operating the service — for example, to render your videos and display them back to you in your account.
Videos are generated automatically using AI and are provided “as is.” Output may contain errors, inconsistencies, visual artefacts, or unexpected results, and may not follow a motion prompt exactly. MoviquAI makes no guarantee about the quality, accuracy, or fitness of generated content for any particular purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing generated videos before publishing them or putting them to commercial use.
MoviquAI uses tokens to account for video generation. During the current pilot, tokens are allocated manually and are not available for online purchase. If and when online token packages are introduced, package contents and pricing will be presented to you before purchase and are not fixed by these terms.
A token is normally treated as used once the associated video has consumed processing capacity, regardless of whether the creative result meets your expectations. MoviquAI may adjust token allocation, pricing, or expiry with reasonable notice.
MoviquAI does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and no specific uptime or service level is promised. We may limit, suspend, or discontinue access to the platform at any time, including for maintenance, abuse prevention, or business reasons.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, misuses the service, or poses a risk to MoviquAI or other users. Where reasonably possible, we will attempt to notify you of the reason.
MoviquAI retains all rights to the platform itself, including the website, application code, and underlying technology. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the MoviquAI platform to you.
To the extent permitted by law, MoviquAI's liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to a reasonable amount, and MoviquAI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability, or your rights, that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
MoviquAI may change or discontinue features of the service, and may update these terms, from time to time. We will post the updated terms with a revised effective date. Continued use of MoviquAI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Nothing in these terms affects any statutory or consumer-protection rights you may have under applicable law that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.
